Our Process
Before we seal anything we want to make sure your concrete’s properly cleaned and surface prepped to allow for the best bond with the concrete. This includes pressure washing. Removing any loose unsalvageable chip/ blow out concrete and any other debris within the expansion joints, control joints, and fissure cracks with pressure washer. Spray the whole slab clean!
Cleaning and Prep -
Once clean and completely dry, We then apply a penetrating densifier sealer with a low pressure pump sprayer. The lithium sealers reactive formulation fills the micro-pores of the concrete, strengthening the surface and prolonging its life. Protects against salt and freeze/thaw damage.
Sealing the slabs -
Once the whole slab has been sealed then all that’s left is sealing all the joints and cracks. We route out the fissure cracks and joints with a v shaped crack chaser tool to ensure there is proper surface profile for maximum adhesion. We lay down and tool with our caulk knifes each and every linear foot of joint or fissure crack with top shelf caulk you won’t find at your local hardware store.
